I use Excel to track temperatures for making a temperature project. It has conditional formatting, so that when I enter the temperature, it changes the box to the assigned color for that temperature. There are many ways to set up this document, depending on the climate, number of colors that you are wanting to use, and what type of pattern you will be using.
If you purchase this product, I will set up a tracking document for you in Excel. You must be able to download and use Excel on your computer/device for the file to work. I am not responsible for compatibility issues if you are not using a more recent version of Excel.
