I am considering using a non-rainbow spectrum palette. However, my OCD in keeping with what makes sense temperature wise keeps getting in my way. I LOVE anything ocean inspired (hence the sea star pattern I used this year), so was considering ocean colors, but they don’t really represent the heat of the warm temperatures.
Here is one temperature gauge I was considering. However, I would end up with a lot of the colors I am not as crazy about right in the middle. My favorite colors are on the bottom of this chart. Typical temperatures where I am would be in the 76-90 range.
There is also the issue of finding this variety of these shades! I think I would have to mix brands for sure, OR move to a 10° chart, which I am not really wanting to do.
