I have uploaded some new planning grids for temperature blankets! For my blanket this year (2017), I used an 18×21 grid. I decided to go with that configuration more because I was thinking of it going on a queen size bed and it was closer to being square. There are other configurations though. I have uploaded files for 16×23 for both non-leap years and leap years. I have also uploaded a 3-day grid and a 5-day grid, for use in making less squares and each square showing 3 or 5 days worth of temperatures. Another option is the weekly square grid. I included a few of the links in this post, but all available downloads are also available at the bottom of the website.
